About Us
A warm welcome to Bakewell Medical Practice and our new website
launched in 2011.
We are a friendly semi-rural practice with an ethos of providing high
quality and continuity of care. We provide a full range of services to
our patients recognising the distance from the Hospitals which serve our
community and endeavouring to provide as much care locally as we are
able to.
We are part of the North Derbyshire Clinical Commissioning Group which
-under the Governments White Paper-is a consortium of Practices in the
area working together to continue to bring more services to our local
communities and to ensure the services are more clinically led, cost
effective and more than anything convenient for our patients.
We always welcome your constructive comments about any aspects of the
service or services which we offer (and would welcome you as members of
our Patient Reference Group )or indeed what may be
more helpful on our website.
