How do I obtain a home visit?

To obtain a home visit from a doctor of your choice please ring us on our appointments line (0844 477 3408) before 11.00 am.

Home visits from calls after this time will be taken by the doctor that is on call.

However, please only ask for a home visit from a doctor if the patient is physically unable to get to the surgery.
