How do I obtain access to my medical records?
You have the right under the Data Protection Act of 1998 to inspect any of your records held by us, for which an appropriate fee will be charged.

However there may be some exceptions to if we let you view records. For instance;
Access may be refused if the information contained on the records is deemed detrimental to the health of the patient or another person
Details about third parties may be removed
If applying for another person you must have their written consent or power of attorney
If you want to see your records, you should make a written request to our Practice Manager, Nick Derbyshire.
