How do I obtain test results?
To obtain the results of any tests please telephone the surgery. We would request that you do not telephone before 10.00 a.m. for these results as this tend sto be a particularly busy time for the telephones and surgeries.
To maintain confidentiality the staff can only give the results to the patient concerned. Please do not ask for the results of your husband/wife or children over the age of 16 but ask them to phone personally. Please note that the onus is upon the patient to ring for test results.
We will endeavour to ring if there is an urgent result.
