How do I register as a new patient?
If possible, please visit the Surgery to register with the Practice. If you have your medical card, please bring it in with you. The Receptionist will take your details and make a New Patient Screening appointment with one of our Nurses.
As a patient, you may express a preference of Practitioner to receive services. We will always endeavour to comply with any reasonable preference but if we are unable to do so, we will explain why this is not possible.
The Practice does not discriminate on the grounds of race, gender, social class, age, religion, sexual orientation or appearance. Neither do we discriminate with regard to disability or medical condition.
All new adult patients are encouraged to attend for a new patient health check with the Practice Nurse who will check family history, blood pressure, weight and any health concerns. This information will help your new Doctor until your records arrive from your previous Doctor's Surgery.
