Patient Participation Group (PPG)

Our PPG gives patients the opportunity to be kept up to date with events surrounding the Practice and have a direct influence on how services are designed and delivered.  It gives patients and staff the opportunity to discuss topics of mutual interest in their practice, provides the means for patients to make positive suggestions about the Practice and their own healthcare, act as a representative group that can be called upon to influence the local provision of health and social care and to develop self help projects to meet the needs of fellow patients.

The group now have meetings held at the surgery on the first Tuesday of every other month at 6.30 p.m. for approximately an hour.

We are keen to involve all age groups and are particularly looking at the present time for patients who are in full time employment and younger people to ensure we have a wide representation of all age groups and users.
