There are several ways that you can find out what vaccinations you
might need for your travels.
One way is to make an appointment with the practice nurses (normally
Catherine Wallwork who is our Travel Health expert) and who can inform
you as to what vaccinations you need and also give you other general
travel advice.
Another way is to look on the internet at sites such as
www.fitfortravel.nhs.uk Information on required vaccinations can also
often be found on your destinations tourist websites. For more
information click on this link to our useful websites page where you can
find links to websites that may be helpful in finding the information
you need.
The important thing to remember is to find out early what you might need
(if possible at least a couple of months before you are due to set off)
in order for you to complete your vaccination course.
